We ship worldwide from our European fulfilment centre. Every order is fully tracked from door to door.
Free shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €70. For orders under €70, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe — 6 to 10 business days
- United States — 7 to 12 business days
- Rest of world — 7 to 14 business days
These are estimates and can vary slightly during sales periods and peak seasons.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships — usually within a few days of placing it. Follow your parcel every step of the way from your confirmation email.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
