Easy Returns

We want you to love every VENLU piece. If something doesn't work for you, we make returns simple.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, odour, or damage are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email us at venlushop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
